16 Snacks, 100 Calories

healthylivingforyou:

  • 3 cups air-popped popcorn
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 fudgsicle
  • Half whole-wheat bagel w/ 1 tsp. peanut butter
  • 6 vanilla wafers
  • 1 medium banana or small pear
  • 5 ounces red or dry white wine
  • 2 oz low-fat cheese
  • 6 oz non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 small orange and 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 C sorbet
  • 6 oz apricot nectar
  • 3 Tbsp raisins
  • 4 chocolate kisses
  • 2 Tbsp almonds

Use these ideas so you don’t go overboard with your snacking! Snacks should be limited to 100 calories or less, or no more than 200. (Some protein bars are up there.) Happy snacking!
